On this Day in Music – 21st April

2010’s

Prince died aged 57 from an accidental overdose of the pain medication fentanyl on this day 2016.   He was found unconscious in an elevator inside his legendary Paisley Park recording studio, and was pronounced dead shortly afterwards.
