1940’s

The Jamaican singer Bob Marley was born (Robert Nesta Marley) on this day 1945 at a farm in Nine Mile, Saint Ann Parish, Jamaica. Marley is widely considered the most famous reggae artist of all time with hit albums including Catch A Fire, Burnin’, Natty Dread and Exodus.
